Grass Valley, CA (April 9, 2026) – AJA Video Systems today debuted BRIDGE LIVE IP, offering bi-directional SMPTE ST 2110 conversion to and from popular streaming IP video and audio codecs. With flexible encoding, decoding, and transcoding functionality in just a 1RU, BRIDGE LIVE IP simplifies the integration of compressed media into ST 2110 broadcast, live event production, and streaming infrastructures. NAB Show 2026 attendees can demo the technology April 19-22, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth N1927.

BRIDGE LIVE IP transmits and receives up to four channels of UltraHDp60 or up to eight channels of 1080p60 HD. Built in collaboration with Comprimato, the device unlocks many of the core remote production, synchronous multi-channel video contribution, streaming, and multi-bit rate/multi-format delivery capabilities of other AJA BRIDGE LIVE SDI-based models, but is intended specifically for 10/25GigE ST 2110 workflows.

BRIDGE LIVE IP supports diverse applications spanning live and remote production, multi-camera podcasts, security and surveillance, esports, and over-the-top (OTT) content delivery. Across these environments, professionals can leverage the device to bring nearly any flavor of IP video onto an ST 2110 network, including H.262, H.264, and H.265 – with MPEG-TS, HLS, RMTP, RTMPS, and SRT formats. NDI, JPEG XS, and JPEG 2000 are supported through optional licenses.

Enabling secure, reliable multi-channel video backhaul over the public internet, BRIDGE LIVE IP presents a cost-efficient alternative to satellite services, dedicated lines, and fiber networks. It can also be used to simplify multi-camera streaming to popular content delivery networks (CDNs), or for encoding produced content for high-end IPTV and OTT distribution.

• Pure IP transcode capability enables bi-directional ST 2110 I/O to and from NDI, H.262, H.264, H.265, JPEG XS TR07, JPEG 2000 TR01, MPEG-TS, HLS, RMTP, RTMPS, and SRT.
• Support for four channels of UltraHDp60 or eight channels of HD 1080p60 provides the processing capabilities required to support necessary format and channel counts.
• Bi-directional NDI-SMPTE ST 2110 conversion, accessible through an optional NDI license, lets users receive NDI and decode to ST 2110 or encode incoming ST 2110 sources as NDI. They can also integrate remote NDI and non-NDI equipment via RTP/UDP/SRT and tap into the ST 2110 network for a conduit between CDNs and other delivery mechanisms.
• HLS input and output allow users to deliver to a CDN or for consumption on popular devices and software, such as iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.

BRIDGE LIVE IP is available today through AJA’s worldwide reseller network for $17,999 US MSRP and can be demoed at NAB 2026, from April 19-22, 2026, at the AJA booth, N1927. Users can activate NDI capabilities at any time with the purchase of a BLVE-NDI perpetual license for $499 US MSRP per device. Optional JPEG 2000 and JPEG XS licenses start at $1,555 US MSRP.
