Southwick, MA, April 8, 2026 — At NAB 2026, KOKUSAI DENKI Electric America will showcase two new products within its camera and remote production solutions, reinforcing its goal of delivering products with high-quality imaging and reliability for broadcasters and content producers now and into the future.

Leading the lineup is the new Z-HD6500-S1, an affordable native 4K broadcast camera that makes its NAB Show debut this month (C5507). Built on the reliable performance of its UHD predecessor, the new camera integrates 2/3-inch UHD sensors and global shutter technology to deliver high-quality images without things like flicker or banding. These are the same proven technologies found within KOKUSAI DENKI’s high-end SK-UHD7000, ensuring uniform image quality across broadcast, sports, worship and other live production environments.

Making its global market debut at the show is the RU-2500JY remote control panel, to be demonstrated as a key workflow element of KOKUSAI DENKI’s 4K MoIP ST 2110 remote production camera system. The RU-2500JY features 82 mm (3.2 inch) slim width despite having a 3.5-inch touch panel, backlit controls, and IP connectivity with Power over Ethernet (PoE). It simplifies camera control for REMI and decentralized workflows while supporting both IP and traditional ways of working. In addition to ST-2110 workflows, the system can be used in environments where the in-house broadcast infrastructure has not yet been converted to IP.

For many attending NAB, the KOKUSAI DENKI name may still feel new, but the company behind it is not. Furthermore, KOKUSAI DENKI will come to NAB next month with new energy to the sales team following the recent hirings of Adam Daniul and Mondae Hott, both of whom will be on the booth to meet with both new and existing partners and end customers.

“Though our company name has changed, our ethos hasn’t. We’re clearly still focused on delivering equal or better picture quality than what’s out there while giving customers a path to grow their systems without forcing them into a major upfront investment,” said Sean Moran, COO of KOKUSAI DENKI Electric America. “We still build and support our products the same way with the same talented engineers from the same factory location.”

In addition to the new Z-HD6500-S1 camera, RU-2500JY control panel and ST-2110 camera system. KOKUSAI DENKI will exhibit its entire current range of proven broadcast production and compact box cameras. The latter is led by DK-H700 4K box camera, a compact POV solution that can reliably support very focused applications in broadcast, professional AV and government applications.

NAB 2026 takes place April 19–22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
